Nigeria Internet Group (NIG) is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to the promotion and growth of the Internet in Nigeria. We are a member only organization, with membership open to all who are interested in the growth of the Internet technology, irrespective of educational background and current field of employment.
Membership includes the academia, non-governmental organizations, government parastatals, Internet Service Providers, private organizations and individuals.

Expression of interest to be a Beneficiary, Service Provider or Sponsor of the Internet for Jobs (I4J) Initiative
The Internet for Jobs (I4J) Initiative is a program designed by the Nigeria Internet Group to explore the potentials of the Internet to create jobs for the people and transform the nation into a knowledge society. The Initiative was launched at a colourful event in Lagos on July 12, 2007 by the Executive Vice Chairman of the National Communication Commissions (NCC), Engineer Earnest Ndukwe and the Director General of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Professor Cleopas Angaye.
